This opportunity isn’t too good to be true — it’s real. At Cole Health, we’re looking for passionate Occupational Therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth.

  • Flexible options: four 10-hour days, three 10-hour days, or traditional 5-day schedule

  • Two evenings per week until 7 PM required

  • Part-time and contract options available if desired


What We Offer

$33.65 – $40.87 per hour based on experience ($70,000-$85,000/yr)
Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Flexible models allow part-time or contract arrangements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
