Located in the heart of Lakewood, Washington, our clinic offers easy access from Tacoma, University Place, Puyallup, Dupont, Gig Harbor, and JBLM. • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Create a schedule that works for you:

• Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
• Four 9-hour days plus a half-day Friday
• Four 10-hour days
• Must be available for 2 evenings per week until 6:00 or 7:00 PM

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, you will:

• Collaborate with an energetic and supportive multidisciplinary team
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop engaging, individualized treatment plans
• Help children build communication skills, confidence, and meaningful connections
• Make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families

• CCC-SLP required
• Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Pediatric experience (including clinical fellowships and student internships)
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
