We’re looking for someone who finds joy in those “firsts”—first steps, first words, first friendships—and who’s ready to be part of a team that celebrates every milestone. At our center, we believe learning starts with connection. We’re searching for an Assistant Infant and Twos Teacher who brings energy, patience, and heart to the classroom every day.

We take care of our teachers so they can take care of our kids. Here’s what we offer:

$10–$14 hourly pay
10 days of PTO and Paid holidays

Responsibilities

→Partner with the Lead Teacher to create a fun, structured, and engaging classroom experience.
→Build lasting relationships with families and teammates through open communication and collaboration.
→Keep things running smoothly by maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment for our children to explore and grow.

At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Able to pass a background check
Available to work Full Time, Rotating from 8:00.–6:00 Monday through Friday
