Production Operator - Masking 1st shift

Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.   Masker Duties:   Applying dymax Internal fill with powder Mixing materials T64, C1, C2 and CMC Masking part surfaces using approved materials Mask parts and cure material as outlined Trim, excess materials Patch masking Visually inspects masking for accuracy and cleanliness Correctly document travelers after operations have been performed Must accurately document and maintain/document logbooks Track hourly performance (pitch) Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements Adheres to all Company safety standards and requirements Maintain, implement, and improve 5-S Principles Follow and utilize Lean Manufacturing principles Adhere to and promote Corporate Values and Code of Ethical Standards Perform other duties as assigned     Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily  List the requirements below that are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job.
