Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Validation, IT Delivery, or related disciplines.
Experience leading global teams, including offshore and managed service resources.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, validation, compliance, and change management processes.
Experience supporting enterprise application portfolios, system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with vendor management, resource planning, budget forecasting, and operational governance.

Requirements

Experience working in regulated environments and supporting audit readiness, validation, and quality compliance activities preferred.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise delivery platforms preferred.
Experience working in regulated environment (SOX, GDPR, CCPA, FDA) is preferred.
Experience in supporting a maturing organization or CPG industry is preferred.

What We Offer

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900– $157,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
