▶ Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client security needs, market trends, and business requirements to design customized cybersecurity solutions
Provide technical consultation and security recommendations based on best practices
Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Conduct security assessments and design tailored security architectures
Build, operate, and enhance security technologies including log analysis, endpoint security, and network security
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on cybersecurity product and service delivery
Troubleshoot complex security issues across servers, networks, and telephony environments
Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents (non-shift based)
Support existing customer accounts and resolve technical security issues
Lead and mentor junior engineers
Maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, troubleshooting, and project progress
Research cybersecurity products and prepare proposals and quotations
Promote cybersecurity awareness through seminars and external publications
Build strong client relationships and support secure IT infrastructure development
