What You'll Do 

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using modern .NET technologies
• Contribute to the evolution of a microservices architecture using Clean/Onion principles
• Develop and optimize data ingestion and integration pipelines
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams across multiple countries
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, 2-week sprints, quarterly planning)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability
• Support deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Work on both new features and legacy system improvements

What You'll Bring 

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core and C#
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving
• Experience or exposure to microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern development practices
• Experience with tools such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
