You’ll work closely with Front Office, Technology, internal and external clients and Global Operations - contributing to efficient trade processing, strong controls, and a first-class client experience. What you'll do * Impact Global Markets: Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients. * Solve Real Operational Challenges: Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions. * Strengthen Controls & Improve How We Work: Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies. * Build Strong Client Partnerships: Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front‑to‑back experience. * Build Market & Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale. What we'll need from you * You must have already graduated or be graduating from a University degree in 2026, preferably within a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Business discipline * Strong communication & teamwork skills * High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills * Positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Bachelor’s/University degree. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred; other disciplines considered with relevant skills/interest * Interest in AI tooling, data analysis, process optimization and automation * Curiosity about financial markets or how global markets operate What we can offer you: Kickstart your professional journey from day one.
