An established U.S. government and defense contractor is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance across federal programs. This search is being conducted confidentially due to internal reorganization.

What You'll Do
Support ITAR/EAR export compliance and licensing
Manage ATF import compliance (Forms 6, 6A, FFL/FEL, AECA registration)
Support FAR/DFARS compliance across active government contracts
Partner with Legal, Contracts, IT, Security, HR, and Finance teams
Support internal reviews, audits (DCMA/DCAA), and corrective actions
Assist with compliance training and reporting

Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Compliance, or related field
3+ years' experience in Aerospace & Defense or Government Contracting
Hands on expertise with ITAR/EAR and ATF import controls
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS

Nice to Have
CCEP, CIA, or CISSP
Experience supporting NIST 800 171 / CMMC environments

Additional Requirements
Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance (as required)
Valid U.S. passport
Occasional travel

Skills: Strong documentation, regulatory interpretation, and communication skills
