Support proposal development and writing, including drafting applications, preparing documentation, and assembling high-quality submission materials;

Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant EU and local funding opportunities, assess project feasibility, and generate evidence-based insights;

Manage data collection activities, quantitative and qualitative data analyses and support overall project coordination;

Deliver assigned tasks independently within a defined methodology, framework, and timeline;

Conduct client interviews and maintain working relationships with specialist-level client staff.

2-3 years of experience in consulting, EU funding, local funding, or related fields;

Familiarity with EU funding programmes (e.g., LIFE, CEF, Innovation Fund) and Polish local funding programmes;

Experience in proposal writing.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, political science, international relations, business administration, finance, management, sustainability or related disciplines.)

Strong research, analytical, and writing skills;

Background in finance, economics or sustainability;

Ability to independently manage tasks and timelines;

Experience in client-facing work such as interviews, workshops, or coordination.Strong data visualisation skills and solid presentation design experience

Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.
