No-touch freight reliability and strong dispatch coordination provide CDL-A truck drivers with a dependable regional operation built around organized freight movement, consistent weekly miles, and predictable home time. Drivers based in Little Rock operate established regional lanes with planned dispatch scheduling that helps reduce downtime and keeps freight moving efficiently throughout each work cycle.

Drivers haul no-touch dry van freight throughout established regional lanes serving multiple states. Most freight is drop-and-hook, with occasional live unload deliveries depending on the customer. Loads are planned before the current trip is completed whenever possible, helping create smoother transitions between assignments while maintaining dependable weekly mileage.
This position follows a structured 12-day schedule with a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Dispatch teams work to coordinate freight efficiently, reducing unnecessary waiting between loads and providing drivers with a more consistent work routine. The combination of organized planning and reliable freight demand helps support steady miles from week to week.
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Equipment is maintained through scheduled preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unexpected downtime while on the road.

~1 min readDrivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week based on miles and experience. Qualifying detention time is compensated when delays occur. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan. Weekly pay is processed on a dependable schedule.
Approved riders and pets are welcome through the company's rider and pet program. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or utilize approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, equipment support, and load coordination.
Requirements

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.
Drivers must meet DOT requirements and maintain an acceptable driving and safety record.
