Drivers follow a structured 12-day schedule with a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week based on miles and experience. Additional detention pay is available during qualifying delays. Approved riders and pets are welcome through the company's rider and pet program. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during scheduled resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when necessary. Dispatch and maintenance teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, equipment support, and load coordination.
