This CDL A truck driver position is built around regional lane coverage and steady freight demand, allowing drivers to operate within established freight corridors that stay active throughout the year. With organized dispatch planning and repeat customer freight, the focus is on maintaining reliable schedules, productive miles, and predictable weekly earnings instead of constantly adjusting to changing routes.

This fleet serves well-established regional lanes throughout the Midwest and Southeast where freight demand remains consistent year-round. Drivers regularly operate through Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, and surrounding states using repeat customer freight that supports a dependable workload.
Dispatch coordinates freight in advance whenever possible, helping drivers move efficiently from one assignment to the next while minimizing unnecessary downtime. The structured operating network allows drivers to become familiar with the lanes they run, creating a more predictable workweek and reducing last-minute changes.
Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads with a high percentage of drop-and-hook shipments. This keeps loading delays to a minimum and allows drivers to spend more time earning miles instead of waiting at customer facilities.
Drivers typically average between 2,700 and 3,000 miles per week. The consistent freight demand across these regional lanes helps maintain reliable mileage and dependable weekly pay while supporting efficient dispatch planning.
Drivers receive a full 48-hour reset every week, providing regular opportunities to spend time at home while maintaining strong earning potential. Because freight follows established regional lanes, home time remains more predictable and easier to schedule around family and personal commitments.
This operation offers a dependable balance between steady work and consistent time off.
Drivers operate late-model Freightliner and International tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverter systems, and comfortable sleeper cabs. Trucks are maintained through a preventative maintenance program that helps reduce downtime and keeps equipment operating reliably.
