Home Time: 12 days out, 2 full days home
Weekly Pay: $1,250–$1,500
Freight: Refrigerated freight | No-touch loads | Nationwide running

Southwest freight movement and route flexibility help keep drivers productive in this CDL-A position. Instead of being locked into the same narrow running area week after week, drivers move through multiple freight markets with refrigerated loads that support steady miles and consistent dispatch opportunities. The operation is designed for drivers who prefer variety in their routes while maintaining dependable earning potential.

Nationwide refrigerated freight
No-touch CDL-A loads
Long-haul miles across multiple regions
Paid orientation and rider policy available

Freight Details
Drivers haul refrigerated freight throughout the Southwest and beyond, with freight continuing across major nationwide lanes as needed. Loads are no-touch and include a combination of drop-and-hook freight and scheduled deliveries. The variety of running areas helps keep freight options available while reducing the risk of being tied to a limited freight network.

Because freight moves through multiple regions, drivers benefit from route flexibility while still maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the month. Dispatch works to keep trucks moving and reduce unnecessary downtime between loads.

Pay & Benefits
Drivers typically earn between $1,250–$1,500 per week depending on mileage, trip length, and overall productivity. Longer runs and consistent freight availability help support stable weekly earnings throughout the year.

Benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid orientation is provided, and travel expenses associated with orientation are covered.

Home Time & Schedule
Drivers operate on a 12 days out, 2 days home schedule. This setup allows drivers to maximize mileage while still receiving scheduled time at home on a consistent basis. Trips are planned ahead whenever possible to help create a smoother workflow and more predictable scheduling.

Equipment Information
Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks designed for over-the-road operation. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule to help minimize downtime and keep drivers focused on running freight instead of waiting on repairs.

Additional Information
• Refrigerated freight operation
• No-touch loads
• Southwest and nationwide freight lanes
• Paid orientation provided
• Rider policy available for qualified drivers

Requirements
Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL license and at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Applicants must meet all DOT and company safety requirements.

CK Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
