This is a highly visible, strategic role positioned to help scale our fast-growing partner segment. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will architect and scale marketing campaigns that drive mutual value and long-term revenue growth within our partner ecosystem—spanning insurance, fleet, technology and risk management. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We are looking for a strategic operator who can effectively design and manage partner marketing programs, balance multiple workstreams autonomously, and show up as a credible marketing leader in partner-facing conversations.
Partner Program Development
- Plan, execute, and analyze co-marketing campaigns to increase overall channelgrowth including: webinars, podcasts, digital campaigns,events,and more.
- Designframeworks to scale partner marketingprogramsfor a variety of partner types and GTM models.
- Develop creative approaches togeneratepartnergrowth andawarenessinSambaSafety’sfull offering as well asnewly developedproducts and services.
- Collaborate withProduct Marketing,Customer Success, andPartner Salesteams to alignstrategy,messagingand execution with company priorities.
- Consult partners as primary marketing contact for strategic engagements
Partner Enablement and Communication
- Develop “to” and “through partner” contentto supportallpartners andenable them to effectively position and sell SambaSafety solutions.
- Own and execute communicationstrategyforallpartners, including content development, joint value propositions and launch communications
- Build and maintain a scalable partner content library and support partner portal strategy
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement to improve partner activation and adoption
We are looking for someone with a proven ability to execute in a quickly evolving and cross-functional team environment with a high level of urgency. Successful candidates will be proactive and creative in problem solving, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in their work. This individual does not wait on detailed guidance to begin executing, is passionate about partner-led revenue streams and has a high attention to detail.
Requirements
~1 min read- 7+years of marketing experience,preferablyin SaaS,fleet management, insurance, screening,or related technology sectors
- 3-5yearsfocused onpartnership marketing, withdemonstratedsuccesssupportingand scaling partner-led revenue channels
- Ability to set strategic direction and execute effectively, balancing big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organization, highly self-directed,strategicand proactive
- Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches including digital, events, webinars, outbound campaigns, etc.
- Experience developing joint value propositions and content across different partner types
- Experience using Hubspot, Gong,and Salesforce to drive campaigns and track results preferred.
- Strongtrack recordof building andmaintainingcross-functional relationships at all levels
- Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to support partners as needed. If remote from Denver, ability and willingness to travel to HQ on a quarterly basis.
