Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, or series of projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Responsible for interfacing and presenting to the customer. Must exhibit excellent time management skills.
Role Expectations
- Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years related work experience.
- Plans and establishes key elements of goals and objectives for a team with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job area.
- Responsible for making, and sometimes suggesting, improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area.
- May work to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.
- Typically supervises a team consisting of experienced individual contributors.
- Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
- Portfolio and/or Program Revenue: $2M+
Requirements

- Offensive Cyber Operations experience in the Military/IC or experience delivering for customers with this mission
- Ability to rapidly adjust to shifting priorities while minimizing churn on an engineering team
- Ability to facilitate direct user/operator communications with engineers
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills
- Agile Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Suite, Monday, Microsoft Office), experience leading or supporting cyber or intelligence operations.
Salary Range: $123,000 - $337,000
