Our clinical model is tech-enabled, backed by the best science, and designed to deliver exceptional health outcomes that transform a child's trajectory.

Our co-founders and leadership team have deep commitment to clinical excellence and domain expertise in healthcare. Our CEO, Christina LaMontagne, has led two startups and earned her MBA at Harvard Business School. Our Chief Medical Officer, Alesandro Larrazabal, MD, trained at UCSF and Stanford. Until recently, he was a Medical Director building specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente. Earlier, he worked at IDEO.

The Nurse Care Coordinator Lead (RN) is an integral member of Clarity Pediatrics' interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologists, and therapists. Under the direction of clinical leadership, the Nurse Care Coordinator lead ensures seamless care delivery for children with chronic conditions by coordinating clinical appointments, providing patient and family education, managing medication authorizations, and serving as a primary point of contact between families, providers, and pharmacies.
