Artworker

We are hiring an Order Processing & Artwork Assistant to manage accurate order entry, item picking, secure packing, and shipping coordination. This role also supports artwork tasks like editing and formatting files, ensuring they meet brand standards. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

  Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using order management systems

  Pick items from inventory according to order specifications

• →

  Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transit to shipping carriers

• →

  Verify accuracy of orders prior to shipment to minimize errors and returns

• →

  Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders

• →

  Assist in artwork-related tasks such as editing, formatting, and preparing digital files for printing

• →

  Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets brand standards and customer expectations

• →

  Maintain organized work area and inventory storage to facilitate smooth order processing

• →

  Communicate effectively with team members to address any order or artwork-related issues promptly

• →

  Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding order processing, artwork creation, and quality control

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Strong computer skills

• College graduate in an IT or business-related field

• Call center or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Experience with graphic design (Adobe Suite or CorelDRAW is an advantage.)

• Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline-driven environment

• Data encoding or data entry experience preferred

• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages

• The ability to work independently and as part of the team

• Accuracy and good attention to detail

• The ability to do repetitive tasks for long periods of time

• The ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
