Engineering (Architectural Design)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing architectural and engineering plans to ensure they meet industry standards, project requirements, and client specifications.

• →Develop and draft architectural and engineering designs using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• →Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals and requirements are met
• →Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and 3D models for presentations and project approvals
• →Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
• →Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders during the construction phase to address design-related challenges
• →Research and integrate sustainable design principles and innovative building materials into projects
• →Provide cost estimates, material selections, and technical documentation as required

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3- 5 years of experience in architectural and structural engineering design

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Mecawind or similar tools

• Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and structural systems

• Open to learning new tools, technologies, and skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity in design

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders
