Registered Nurse (Active Pool)

• →Handle healthcare-related inquiries from patients, members, providers, or clients through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• →Provide accurate and appropriate health information based on established guidelines and procedures.
• →Review medical records, clinical documentation, and patient information for accuracy and completeness.
• →Assist with patient care coordination, follow-ups, referrals, and other healthcare-related processes.
• →Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, patients, and internal teams as needed.
• →Document all interactions, patient information, and case updates accurately in the appropriate systems.
• →Review and process healthcare-related requests, authorizations, claims, or documentation depending on account requirements.
• →Identify and escalate clinical or patient concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional or department.
• →Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, company policies, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
• →Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and healthcare information.
• →Meet established productivity, quality, accuracy, and customer service metrics.
• →Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks required by the healthcare account.
• →Participate in training and stay updated on healthcare processes, policies, and account-specific procedures.
