Responsibilities

- →Ability to work independently and be a strong problem-solver
- →Strong attention to safety and adherence to safety protocols
- →Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- →Ability to travel 30–40% overnight
- →Good driving record
- →Proficiency with computers and smartphones
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with POS systems (Verifone, NCR)
- Experience working with alarm systems
- Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to complete service requests professionally and efficiently
- Ability to review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
- Experience using testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
- Willingness to support installations/upgrades in other regions
