→Valid Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License
→EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
→Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with insurable driving record
→2–7 years of verifiable HVAC service & repair experience
→1–2 years of experience in a Lead or Senior Technician role
→Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical customers
→Strong written communication skills for service reports
→Strong troubleshooting skills that go beyond symptom-fixing to root-cause analysis
→Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and perform physical job duties
→Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
→Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
→Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
→Must possess a standard set of personal HVAC hand tools

Previous in-home sales or Comfort Consultant experience
Proven ability to identify and close consultative upsell opportunities
Certifications from major HVAC brands (Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Daikin, etc.)
Experience with VRF/VRV systems, BAS systems, zoning systems, or high-efficiency communicating equipment
Experience troubleshooting complex or intermittent HVAC issues
Geothermal installation or service experience
Minor ductwork modification experience
Experience quoting replacement systems or upgrade projects
Strong customer satisfaction history
Experience with smart thermostats or home automation systems
Organized, detail-oriented paperwork and documentation habits
