Continuous Improvement Manager

• →Create, maintain, and deliver training across the division to help advance the Continuous Improvement culture.
• →Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles in areas that have not been previously exposed, maintain those principles over time.
• →Work closely with Plant General Manages to ensure Continuous Improvement Programs meet expectations and are clearly communicated.
• →Develop Key Metrics needed to track improvements within the Plants that impact the bottom line.
• →Assess Operation Performance through data analysis and use this to identify areas of concern and corrective actions.
• →Work closely with supervisors and team members on GEMBA-based Kaizens and actively participate in Kaizen events.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical or Statistics is required with a major in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

• At least 3+ years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with time studies, changeover reduction, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, capacity analysis, inventory control, material flow, and lead time reduction.
• Must be able to manage projects off-site across multiple Manufacturing Sites.
• Must have excellent oral, written, listening and comprehension skills.
