You'll encounter different types of maintenance challenges, from mechanical components to general facility repairs.

You don't need to know everything on day one. A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop practical abilities is important.

If you enjoy working through a problem and finding a practical solution, this role provides opportunities to put that mindset to work.

Being on time, completing assignments, and helping others are meaningful contributions to the team's success.

Starting compensation is $25+/hour, depending on your skills, with additional shift pay.

We're looking for someone with a foundation in basic mechanical work and the motivation to continue learning.

Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with hand tools and battery-powered tools.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work both independently and with others.
  • Willingness to learn new repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
  • Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the role, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Experience in any of the following areas may be useful:

  • General maintenance or facility repairs.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Construction or building maintenance.
  • Manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Garage-door repairs.
  • Machinery, drive chains, or belt maintenance.
  • Concrete or epoxy floor repairs.

You don't necessarily need a traditional maintenance background to bring valuable skills to this position.

We want candidates to understand the work environment before joining.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on maintenance position within an active manufacturing facility.

You should expect:

  • A noisy industrial environment.
  • Physical activity, including some heavy lifting.
  • Required use of supplied personal protective equipment.
  • Maintenance assignments that can change based on operational needs.
  • Work that requires attention to instructions, safety, and practical details.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys staying active and working through real-world maintenance challenges.

This position offers an opportunity to strengthen your mechanical abilities through exposure to a variety of maintenance responsibilities.

As you gain experience, you'll have the chance to develop your troubleshooting skills, become more confident with different repair tasks, and build a stronger foundation in facility maintenance.

If you're motivated to learn, willing to put in the work, and take pride in keeping things running, this could be a valuable next step in your maintenance career.
