Security Specialist – 3rd Shift

• →Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize accidents and product damage.
• →Proactive Patrols: Regularly inspect hazardous material areas to prevent fires and injuries.
• →Access Control: Manage access to the main and employee entrances, as well as shipping and receiving areas, to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
• →24/7 Security Operations: Oversee our Security Operations Center, monitoring life safety systems, access control, surveillance, and more.
• →Emergency Response: Collaborate with external emergency personnel and internal teams during incidents.
• →Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external incidents.
• →Security Program Execution: Implement Emergency Action Plans, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, and other security programs.
• →Additional Duties: Perform plant/trailer temperature checks, food defense inspections, and security patrols. Conduct Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Drug Testing (UDT). Assist in developing and improving security processes.

• Qualifications: High school diploma or GED must be over 18, and legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Skills: Experience with de-escalation techniques, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity.

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
