Closinglock is modernizing the real estate world’s way of transferring information and funds to eliminate wire fraud and provide a secure, easy-to-use platform for title companies, law firms, and other financial services to protect themselves and their clients from wire fraud. We act in the long-term best interests of our customers by understanding their needs and challenges. When our customers win, we win. To date, we have protected over $250B+ in funds related to residential property transactions. Closinglock’s platform has been used by clients in all 50 states and across 42 countries.

• Serve as the Human Resources leader at Closinglock, owning all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Build and execute a people strategy that aligns with Closinglock’s growth goals and values.
• Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Drive initiatives around company culture, employee recognition, and professional development.
• Oversee recruiting operations to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance to ensure a competitive and equitable workplace.
• Lead initiatives that make Closinglock an inspiring, supportive, and fun place to work
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.
• Experience scaling people programs at a fast-growing tech or startup environment.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational design.
• A strong communicator who can build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Passion for building culture, fostering belonging, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
• Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—someone who can lead with vision but isn’t afraid to get into the details

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
