Job Objective

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and tech-driven environment. In this pivotal role, you will lead and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong people culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with Cloudelligent’s values and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training & development, and offboarding.
Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with Cloudelligent’s culture and goals.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including guidance on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance issues.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health plans and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment, changes, and communication.
Own the performance management process to drive a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.
Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Leverage HR data and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Stay current on best practices and legal regulations in HR and proactively implement improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. (HR certification or an advanced degree is a plus.)
3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or cloud-focused environment.
Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (e.g. BambooHR or similar platforms) and data-driven HR decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience designing and launching employee engagement and learning & development programs.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and adapt to change quickly.
