With the mission to empower everything related to garments - CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a creative 3D Design & Implementation Specialist to join our Hong Kong office.

Job Description

As a 3D Designer & Implementation Specialist at CLO Virtual Fashion, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of fashion through our true-to-life 3D garment simulation technology. Your role will involve working with global brands implementing 3D workflows by planning customized curriculums, training users, supporting client inquiries and becoming a part of innovation with software developers.

Collaborate with renowned brands in fashion, sportswear, and technology to support their 3D adoption and implementation strategies

Deliver customized training programs to help clients become proficient users of CLO ecosystem

Provide technical and creative support to clients, ensuring a seamless 3D workflow integration

Organize and facilitate workshops, live demonstrations, and client sessions both in-person and virtually

Create engaging 3D content for user education, social media, and internal initiatives

Work closely with the 3D Design & Implementation Chapter on projects, events, and new initiatives

Collaborate with software developers by providing feedback and proposing new features or applications

Participate in global client projects and be open to international travel

Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in the fashion or apparel industry, with a solid understanding of garment construction and practical knowledge of how brands and vendors operate within the production process

Experience with CLO3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar 3D design software will be an advantage

Strong creativity combined with problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and professional manner

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Positive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to long-term professional development

Willingness to travel frequently, domestically and overseas

Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory
