Worship Ministry

New Vision Church, located in the charming coastal town of Englewood, Florida, is looking for their next Worship Leader. This is a part-time, salaried position responsible for leading and shepherding our Worship Ministry. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, praise teams, and Sound & Media teams, this role helps cultivate Christ-centered, God-glorifying worship experiences that invite our church family into a deeper relationship with Jesus.

The Worship Leader provides both musical leadership and spiritual direction, creating environments where the congregation can encounter God through authentic, engaging, and meaningful worship.
