Agency Delivery Specialist I

CMG Financial is hiring an Agency Delivery Specialist who audits loan level data and prepares loan files (with supporting documentation) for delivery to Secondary Market Investors and GSE’s

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Evaluate loans using Loan Quality Advisor to proactively assess loan risk and determine eligibility prior to sale to Freddie Mac
• Evaluate loans using EarlyCheck to proactively assess loan risk and determine eligibility prior to sale to Fannie Mae
• Assist in UCD processing by proactively resolving critical edits and ensuring data accuracy and borrower eligibility before submission to Secondary Market Investors and GSE’s
• Collaborate with Underwriting on LQA and EC Critical Edits to proactively resolve issues and ensure accurate loan data prior to delivery to Secondary Market Investors and GSE’s
• Collaborate with the Collateral team to resolve post-closing documentation discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance to Secondary Market Investors and GSE’s
• Interact internally with CMG Appraisal Desk on SSR subject address discrepancies
• Interact internally with Condo Desk on CPM project subject address discrepancies
• Monitors audit pipelines to ensure loans are sold in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required. College coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous mortgage loan delivery or post-closing experience required
• Must have working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Previous experience with GNMA, FNMA and Freddie Mac certification processes a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced fluid environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

Base Compensation Information – This role is currently allocated for candidates within geographic regions that do not currently require base wage disclosure. The compensation range for this position will be provided upon request. (Due to their geographic location, residents of the states of CA & CO, and for NY are excluded from this role at this time.)
