Affiliate marketing can be just another channel or a true growth engine. At Codeway, we see it as the latter.
We’re now looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate ecosystem, unlock new revenue streams, and build high-impact global partnerships. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of affiliate & partnerships growth — not just managing existing partners, but actively building and expanding a global network through lead generation, partner acquisition, relationship management, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
~1 min readLead generation. Identify and build pipelines of high-quality affiliates, publishers, agencies, and strategic partners across key verticals.
Partner acquisition. Own the full partner lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and scaling.
Inbound & self-serve growth. Improve and scale inbound partner acquisition flows, including application review, onboarding processes, and activation strategies.
Performance optimization. Define and optimize commission models, incentives, and engagement strategies to maximize ROI and revenue.
Partner management. Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and continuously grow their performance.
Onboarding & enablement. Create and distribute materials (guides, decks, assets) to ensure partners are set up for success and aligned with brand standards.
Data & reporting. Track performance, build reporting frameworks, and share insights with stakeholders to guide strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with growth, product, creative, data, finance, and legal teams.
Experimentation. Test new partnership models, verticals, and tools to unlock new growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
- Experience in mobile apps, gaming, fintech (mobile banking), e-commerce, or agency-side affiliate marketing is a strong plus
- Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new partners via outbound (email, outreach tools, networking) and inbound channels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills — this is a commercially driven role.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms or agencies, with a solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and mobile/web performance ecosystems
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and scale high-performing relationships.
- Proactive, fast, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Interest in AI tools and automation to scale workflows and efficiency.
- Fluent in English.
