The Codeway Brand team exists to shape how Codeway is experienced, perceived, and remembered, from someone's first touch with us to a long-term sense of belonging. It sits at the intersection of brand, culture, talent, and experience, owning the narrative, design, and experiential layer of the entire journey.
In practice, that makes us Codeway's in-house creative studio: a small, lean team owning brand identity, communications, design, and creative output for Codeway HQ and every vertical company. As Codeway scales, our job is to make sure every interaction with us feels intentional, consistent, and true to who we are.
Design is how that creativity shows up in the world. As a Graphic Designer, you'll join a close-knit design team at the centre of it, shaping the visual language that carries our name everywhere it appears. The work spans nearly everything Codeway puts out, and design plays a key role in how it is experienced, understood, and remembered.
- Design across every brand touchpoint. Wherever Codeway shows up, your work helps shape it. From social content for Codeway and our vertical brands, to event design down to the smallest printed detail, to website visuals, brbaanded merch, and presentations. Whatever the format, you own the quality from brief to final output.
- Bring craft to everything you ship. Typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and attention to detail are at the core of great design. A sharp eye for visual consistency across every touchpoint is essential to creating a cohesive brand experience.
- Move across many things at once. Move comfortably between projects. You’ll often balance multiple priorities at once. Staying organised, managing your time effectively, and maintaining a high standard of quality across everything you do is an important part of the role.
- Work until it works. Iterate until it lands. Great work rarely happens in a single pass. We value designers who can explore, refine, and push ideas further until they achieve the clarity, quality, and impact the work deserves.
- Use AI to push further and faster. From exploring visual directions quickly to accelerating production workflows. Stay ahead of what's possible and apply it where it matters.
- Trust your eye and speak up. Briefs matter here, and you'll own yours fully. But we value designers who don't stop there: who challenge assumptions, contribute ideas, and help shape the work rather than just execute it. When you see a better angle or a moment worth jumping on, bring it to the table. The best work here often starts that way.
- Craft. Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, and visual systems. The details that separate good from exceptional are second nature to you.
- Taste. Sharp eye, wide references, strong instincts. You know why something works, not just that it does.
- Drive. You hold yourself to a high and rising bar. You feel personally responsible for the quality of what goes out.
- Tools. Expert-level Illustrator and Photoshop are essential. Solid Figma skills matter, and the stronger they are, the better. Lightroom and a good eye for photo editing are welcome on top.
- AI fluency. Comfort with AI visual tools is a strong plus, helping you push your output further and faster, from exploring directions to speeding up production.
- Drawing and illustration. The ability to draw and illustrate widens the range of work you can own, and we'd love to see it.
- Experience. 1 to 4 years in design. Title and level will match your talent; we care more about the work than the years.
- Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
