About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Trainee UI/UX & Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating user-friendly designs and engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn and contribute to designing intuitive user experiences, marketing materials, and creative assets aligned with user needs, brand guidelines, and business objectives.

Responsibilities : 

• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, and simple UI designs
• Help design graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing materials
• Follow brand guidelines and design standards to maintain consistency across designs
• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to support ongoing projects
• Learn and apply basic UX best practices such as usability, accessibility, and user flows
• Make improvements to designs based on feedback and guidance from senior team members
• Stay updated with current UI/UX and graphic design trends and tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of strong hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for simple design tasks
• Understanding of basic UI/UX concepts and design principles
• Ability to support the creation of simple marketing creatives and presentation materials
• Basic understanding of typography, layouts, and color combinations
• A portfolio or sample work showcasing academic, personal, or internship-related design projects
• Interest in learning motion graphics or animation techniques
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts is an added advantage
• Exposure to branding, visual identity, or social media design work is a plus
• Awareness of basic UX research methods and user-centered design approaches
• Skills or interest in illustration and icon design would be an advantage
• AI enthusiast with an interest in exploring AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies
