About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the North team and help shape the future of enterprise AI. In this role, you will design intuitive experiences for complex AI-driven workflows, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and user needs. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality experiences that make sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to users across organizations.

As a member of your North product team, you'll own the end-to-end design process and be a key stakeholder in prioritization and strategy decisions. You'll work on experiences that are defining how enterprises leverage AI, and your contributions will directly impact real people in their daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design process end-to-end for your product area, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive product impact

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance technical complexity with accessibility and ease of use

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Conduct user research to understand needs, validate design decisions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements

  • Maintain a high craft and quality bar, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and polished experience

  • Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across the North platform

  • Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and make pragmatic tradeoffs when needed

Cohere is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

United StatesFor candidates in New York, California, Washington States, the Compensation Range is : $175,000 – $210,000 [USD]
For Candidates in rest of the states, the Compensation Range is : $140,000 – $165,000 [USD]
A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
Annual enrichment benefits:Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
