Pallet Dismantler, Pro Pallet LLC

• →Pallet Dismantling:
  • →Operate the pallet dismantling machine, ensuring safe and efficient dismantling of inbound pallets.
  • →As the pusher, push pallets through the machine; as the puller, pull dismantled pallets through the machine.
  • →Change broken or loose blades to ensure continuous operation.
  • →Unjam pallets or boards stuck in the machine, maintaining minimal downtime.
• →Quality Control & Prep:
  • →Ensure pallets are free of debris before dismantling.
  • →Dismantle pallets in a manner that minimizes damage and cut marks to the materials.
  • →Properly prepare dismantled parts by removing protruding nails, screws, and other materials that could affect further processing.
  • →Send quality recycled parts to the lumber sorter for further processing.

Job Requirements:

• →Must be 18 years or older
• →Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• →Able to stand for the full shift
• →Ability to read a tape measure is required.
• →Works well with others
• →Self-driven and able to keep up in a fast-paced, physical job
• →Reliable and shows up to work on time

Schedule:

• →Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
• →Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• →Occasional voluntary overtime
