ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide in-home support to a client in Bartlett, Illinois.

A Hindi-speaking caregiver is preferred to help promote clear communication, comfort, and a positive caregiving experience for the client and family. If you enjoy providing respectful, personalized care and are looking for a reliable weekday schedule, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

The caregiver will provide dependable in-home assistance while helping the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Duties may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Providing personal care and hygiene support
Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Supporting mobility, walking, and safe transfers
Providing meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
Offering companionship and friendly conversation
Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client
Supporting daily routines and appointments as needed
Following the client’s individualized care plan
Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
Communicating professionally with the family and care team
Maintaining the client’s dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times

Qualifications

We welcome applicants with experience as a:

CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
Caregiver
HHA – Home Health Aide
Personal Care Assistant
Private Duty Caregiver
Home Care Aide

Ideal candidates should have:

Previous experience in senior care, home care, or personal care
Ability to assist with ADLs and daily routines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A kind, patient, and respectful approach
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in a client’s home
Hindi-speaking ability preferred
Ability to follow instructions and document care appropriately
Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation, if required
Willingness to complete required screening and onboarding procedures
