We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

• →Empowerment and promotion of recovery and resiliency principles.
• →Facilitation, education, and development of sober living skills.
• →Provides advocacy and outreach on behalf of clients.
• →Provides client and family education demonstrating competency in clinical progress notes and supervisory observation.
• →Links clients with referral services, employers, family members, other providers, and any/all necessary resources to assist the client in obtaining goals.
• →All other duties as assigned

Full-time, Dayshift, some evenings may be required.  

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related Human Service field is highly preferred; minimum requirement of high school diploma or GED.
• Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) through the Ohio Professionals Board, required.
• Previous experience working with adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders, highly desired.
• Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and work collaboratively with others on behalf of the client both within the agency and in the community.
• Possesses a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a driving record that is in compliance with agency insurance requirements.
