CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services – from basic needs to employment assistance.

• →Conduct searches of all participants belongings upon entry to the program
• →Assist in securing medications.
• →Ensure adherences to all DIP rules
• →Manages participants as needed.
• →Complete occurrence reports / incident reports and/or progress notes documenting and all remarkable circumstances; i.e., illness, facility problem, serious rule infraction, and participant termination.
• →Conducts frequent headcounts per shift to ensure all participants are present, to include meal time, before the start of any session, after any occurrence, at lights out, after breaks, at wake up, during sleep hours, etc.
• →All other duties as assigned

This is a part-time night shift position, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must work overnight / third shift.
• Must have the ability to be assertive in enforcing rules and policies while keeping a calm and professional approach.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.
• Must exhibit effective communication skills with a wide variety of clientele.
