Responsibilities

  • →Fluent Spanish and English required
  • →One year administrative experience required
  • →Experience working with Title V programs and early childhood education in SF, along with experience with CDE and MRA funding
  • →Training in CACFP required
  • →CPR/First Aid certified (or eligible)
  • →Comfortable working in a non-profit setting serving low-income and high-risk families
  • →Proven ability to work effectively with adults and children from diverse cultural and linguistic background
  • →Possess good computer knowledge and skills in Internet Explorer, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • →Deep commitment to and demonstrated success discussing, integrating, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging throughout a complex and dynamic organization.
  • →Candidates who have at least 6 units of ECE preferred. If candidate doesn't have the units when starting the role, willingness to obtain the units within the first year of employment.

What We Offer

✓Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
✓Paid time off: 4 weeks of vacation your first year, 5 in your second. Also paid holidays, sick time, family leave.
✓Insurance: health, dental and vision insurance are fully covered by Compass for employees and dependent children. We also provide long term disability and life insurance.
✓Retirement: after one year of work, Compass contributes an amount equal to 5% of your salary into a retirement account; this vests during years 2-6.
