Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee and manager recruiting activities which includes placing ads, maintaining accurate records of active job openings and received applications; reviewing applications, conducting and scheduling preliminary interviews for internal and external job postings.
- →Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- →Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- →Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- →Attends job fairs and recruitment vents to obtain top talent and build a pipelines.
- →Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers.
- →Generates offer letters and processes background checks.
- →Improving employer branding to attract top talent
- →Maintains and distributes clearance letters for airport badges (new, replacement, and renewals).
- →Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, , hiring processes, etc.
- →Performs other duties as assigned (Conducts daily airport badge audits.)
