Learn more at www.confiemx.com Job Description The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand. Requirements Job responsibilities and functions Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews). Perform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages. Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area. Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel. Analyze the candidate’s job application results for the selection of qualified personnel. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions. Generate and update applicant tracking report, daily candidate flow and overall candidate profiling. Punctual follow-up with interviewed candidates (candidate feedback). Send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients. Specialized Knowledge and experience: Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience with different ATS tools Intermediate-Advanced English level Specialized knowledge: Related Human Resources experience Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Experience: 1+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition activities.
