As part of the COO organization, the Integration and Transformation Manager drives high-priority cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and support strategic growth. This role plays a central role in coordinating enterprise transformation programs, leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) during acquisitions, and enabling leadership with structured insights, reporting, and execution support.

You will operate as a strategic partner to the COO, bringing clarity to complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders across the organization, and ensuring that critical programs move from strategy to execution.

This role sits at the center of how strategy becomes execution. You will help shape and operationalize key company priorities - from acquisition integration to enterprise initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership across the business.

Success in this role means bringing structure to ambiguity, building alignment across teams, and ensuring that critical initiatives deliver measurable impact. Your work will directly influence operational performance, executive decision-making, and how effectively the company scales through growth and transformation.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
