Our client is the asset management division of an international bank in Zurich. We are searching for a product specialist (m, f, d) for the fund business as

Support new product launches and strategy extensions by coordinating across investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams / Collaborating with sales and investments teams to understand complex requirements / Assisting the development of tailored solutions / Producing high-quality marketing and fundraising materials for pitch decks, DDQs, RFIs and contributing to portfolio reviews and case studies / Supporting all aspects of active fundraises for private market products, from product launch to final close / Monitoring market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics in the private market sector to inform fundraising efforts and product strategy / Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement end-to-end solutions (Product, Service Delivery, IT, Business Management) / Supporting the further development of the product management function.

Master’s or Bachelor’s / Previous professional experience at an asset management firm, an investment bank, a private bank or an investment advisory firm in a product management role relating to the fund business / Understanding of the fund industry, the products and the competitors / Strong analytical skills to support the development of product quality / Team spirit and the ability to take part in investment talks / The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch flexibly between internal and external tasks as the situation demands, whilst always maintaining an open-minded attitude / The ability to earn respect and trust within the team and amongst other specialist teams through great care and accuracy / Outstanding written and oral presentation skills in English / A flair for IT and a sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint / English and German.
