We’re looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our growing design team and play a vital role in shaping exceptional mobile and web experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer passionate about user-centered design to work on meaningful, high-impact projects that improve the daily lives of millions of users globally.

As a Product Designer at Connecteam, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the user experience remains intuitive, delightful, and innovative across all touchpoints.

• →Design end-to-end solutions for complex workflows and features on both mobile and web platforms.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
• →Lead all stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• →Work closely with the team to maintain and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• →Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion UX best practices in every project.
• →Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and improve designs for maximum impact.
• →Contribute to fostering a strong design culture within the company through idea-sharing, feedback, and collaboration.

• A strong design portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative and user-friendly designs.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a B2C or SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in designing for complex systems on both mobile and web platforms.
• Mastery of the entire design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
• High attention to details, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and cohesive user experiences.
• Collaboration skills: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, give and receive constructive feedback, and thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, with additional expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with MacOS.
