The Engagement and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving global employee engagement initiatives, total rewards reporting, benefits insights, compensation trends analysis, and other related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for enhancing employee experience through strategic insights.
Responsibilities

retention. - →Lead the design and execution of total rewards reporting, including compensation and benefits benchmarking,
analysis, and insights. - →Analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the
organization. - →Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on employee
engagement, rewards, and recognition programs. - →Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, and identify
areas for improvement. - →Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement and analytics insights into talent management
and organizational development strategies. - →Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to global engagement,
total rewards, and compensation.

Knowledge-
- Understanding of HR Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing HR data, metrics, and trends to derive insights and
make data-driven decisions related to employee engagement, total rewards, benefits, and compensation. - Employee Engagement Strategies: Knowledge of best practices in developing and implementing global
employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. - Total Rewards Management: Familiarity with total rewards programs, including compensation structures,
benefits packages, recognition programs, and performance incentives, to drive employee engagement and
retention. - Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other HRIS
systems to manipulate, visualize, and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data and
insights to stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner. - Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the
field of HR analytics, employee engagement, total rewards, and compensation to continuously improve
strategies and programs. - Project Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet
deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into HR initiatives
effectively. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges, opportunities, and
areas for improvement in employee engagement, rewards programs, and compensation practices, and
develop innovative solutions based on data-driven insights.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges related to employee engagement,
compensation trends, benefits insights, and other HR analytics areas effectively - Excellent communication skills to articulate data findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders
at all levels of the organization in a clear and compelling manner. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation and benefits data and processes.
Abilities:-
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for employee engagement, total rewards, and analytics
that align with organizational goals and drive positive outcomes. - Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that
inform decision-making and enhance employee experience. - Ability to work collaboratively with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to
integrate analytics insights into HR initiatives and drive organizational success.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, total rewards, or related areas.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Global HR experience and familiarity with international benefits and compensation practices is a plus.
- Ability to travel globally as needed, 0-10%
- Onsite/Hybrid depending on location
