Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Investigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrieved
- →Ensure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant units
- →Communicate with utility providers through phone calls and emails
- →Engage in some written client communication for diverse purposes
- →Confirm mailing addresses and account details
- →Recover any missing vacant bills
- →Assist in recovering all missing bills in billing history
- →Prevent late fees and utility disconnects where possible
