Assist the Multi-Family billing department in setting up and maintaining Skywalker setups. This will include working with each team across the department to initially set up properties on Skywalker and help set up maintenance on properties as changes are needed. You will also work with the Skywalker team in Product Development to test and implement enhancements as needed.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate daily with your team leader on the plan for the day and where you should focus your time.
- →Set up properties on skywalker from the monthly assigned teams.
- →Work with teams that have been set up on skywalker in the past to maintain their setup
- →Look for enhancements in the skywalker setup process.
- →Test and implement setup enhancements as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Teamwork/working in a team environment
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Multi-Family Billing and/or QC experience
