As a Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Consultport, you'll own and drive our digital marketing strategy across all channels, from performance and paid media to content, SEO, and brand. You'll work closely with our sales and business development teams to generate high-quality demand and fuel our growth engine. This is a hands-on, all-round marketing role that blends strategic thinking with executional excellence, ideally suited to someone who has thrived in a fast-paced agency or digital-first environment.
We are currently ramping up our Marketing team and this is where you come in! As Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Consultport, you'll be responsible for:
- Develop and own a 360° digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Drive SEO strategy to ensure our content and web presence consistently ranks and converts
- Own the full marketing funnel from awareness through to qualified lead handoff to sales
- Build campaigns for key customer segments to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Manage and optimise our CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g. HubSpot)
- Set up and maintain robust tracking and reporting across all channels (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI
- Run A/B tests and implement optimisation strategies across the customer journey
- Oversee brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communications
- Develop content that speaks to our target audience of senior business decision-makers
- Identify and act on market trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Requirements
~1 min read- 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally with a background in a marketing agency
- Proven skill set spanning paid media, SEO, content, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Experience working closely with a sales team on lead generation and pipeline growth
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and drive to take full ownership of your work
- Professional German & English language skills
- Available to work onsite at our Berlin office
Nice to Have
