We’re seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to join our Operations team in Boston. The Hospitality Coordinator will report directly to the General Manager. The Hospitality Coordinator supports the daily execution of meetings, workplace, and event experiences. This role is highly visible and client-facing, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences while coordinating across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- →Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
- →Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking
- →Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- →Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- →Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- →Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
