Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. In addition to base compensation, Practice Managers at ConvenientMD are eligible for an incentive bonus that is directly tied to clinic performance. Practice Managers overseeing two sites are eligible to earn incentive bonuses for both clinics. Incentive bonuses are paid on a quarterly basis and are designed to reward strong operational and financial performance.
